I have noticed, that some very nice Salt Lake City homes, sit on the market because their landscaping is overgrown and their exterior lacks curb appeal.  Utah home Buyers get a first impression when they pull up in front of a home.  It could be great inside, but if it lacks curb appeal, there is a good chance that they will pass it by.
