First, your Salt Lake City home needs to have curb appeal.  Curb appeal is the first impression your home will make with a buyer.  If your Utah home doesn’t look good on the outside, it’s harder to get people to come inside.

If your home lacks curb appeal, some of the best buyers will skip it and you’ll be stuck with buyers that want to fix it up. If your real estate for sale looks like a fixer upper it will sell for less because the buyer’s it does attract, see it as a home with potential and they want equity on their way in and therefore will offer less than a strong buyer.
